Production Time
Because each piece is handcrafted, production takes approximately 3–15 days. This allows our artisans enough time to carefully make, finish, and inspect your lamp before shipment.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time after production is 7–15 days, depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is approximately 10–30 days.
Safe Packaging
Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
Free 1-for-1 Replacement Guarantee
If your product:

Arrives damaged during shipping;

Has a manufacturing defect; or

Is significantly different from the product you ordered,
we will provide a free 1-for-1 replacement. We will also cover the eligible return and replacement shipping costs, so you will not have to pay any additional fees.
